How to Make The Perfect Manhattan Mocktail

Ingredients
- 2 ounces non-alcoholic whiskey alternative (Lyre’s American Malt or Ritual Zero Proof Whiskey)
- 0.8 ounces dealcoholized red wine or Seedlip Spice 94
- 0.3 ounces tart cherry juice (100% pure, not cocktail mix)
- 0.3 ounces demerara simple syrup
- 3 dashes alcohol-free aromatic bitters
- 0.3 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 Luxardo maraschino cherry (garnish)
Instructions
1. Chill your glass: Place a coupe or Nick & Nora glass in the freezer while you prep.
2. Combine: Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add 2 ounces non-alcoholic whiskey alternative (Lyre’s American Malt or Ritual Zero Proof Whiskey), 0.8 ounces dealcoholized red wine or Seedlip Spice 94, 0.3 ounces tart cherry juice (100% pure, not cocktail mix), 0.3 ounces demerara simple syrup, 3 dashes alcohol-free aromatic bitters, and 0.3 teaspoons apple cider vinegar.
3. Stir — full 40 seconds: Stir slowly for 40 seconds 00:40. This is longer than the cocktail version, the extra time is necessary to integrate and chill without the help of alcohol.
4. Strain: Strain into your chilled glass. No ice.
5. Garnish: Drop in 1 Luxardo maraschino cherry (garnish). The cherry juice will slowly enrich the last sips.
