How to Make An Elderflower Pear & Thyme Fizz

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz gin
  • ½ oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur
  • ¾ oz fresh pear juice or pear nectar
  • ½ oz thyme-infused simple syrup
  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice
  • 2 oz prosecco
  • Ice
  • Fresh thyme sprig and pear slice (garnish)

Instructions

  1. Fill a flute or wine glass with ice.
  2. Add gin, St-Germain, pear juice, thyme syrup, and lemon juice.
  3. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Top with prosecco and give one final gentle stir.
  5. Garnish with a fresh thyme sprig and a thin pear slice balanced on the rim.

Notes

Elegant garden moment: Perfect for spring brunches or late afternoon gatherings when the light is golden.

Thyme syrup: Infuse fresh thyme sprigs in warm simple syrup for 10 minutes, then strain and cool.

Pear juice: If fresh pear juice is unavailable, use pear nectar and slightly reduce the thyme syrup.
