Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka
  • ¾ oz rhubarb simple syrup
  • ½ oz hibiscus-infused vinegar
  • ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
  • 2 oz chilled club soda
  • Ice
  • Dehydrated rhubarb slice and dried hibiscus flower (garnish)

Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Pour in vodka, rhubarb syrup, hibiscus vinegar, and lemon juice.
  3. Stir gently for 10 seconds.
  4. Top with club soda and give a final stir.
  5. Garnish with a dehydrated rhubarb slice and a dried hibiscus flower floating on top.
