Ingredients

  • 1 hibiscus tea bag or 1 tablespoon dried hibiscus flowers
  • 3 ounces boiling water
  • 4 fresh blackberries
  • 0.75 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 ounce vanilla simple syrup
  • 3 ounces premium tonic water or club soda
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Prep the garnish: Garnish the glass with a dehydrated lemon wheel and a couple of floating blackberries to create an upscale craft cocktail aesthetic.
