How to Make An Elderflower Pear & Thyme Fizz

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz gin
- ½ oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur
- ¾ oz fresh pear juice or pear nectar
- ½ oz thyme-infused simple syrup
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- 2 oz prosecco
- Ice
- Fresh thyme sprig and pear slice (garnish)
Instructions
- Fill a flute or wine glass with ice.
- Add gin, St-Germain, pear juice, thyme syrup, and lemon juice.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Top with prosecco and give one final gentle stir.
- Garnish with a fresh thyme sprig and a thin pear slice balanced on the rim.
Notes

Thyme syrup: Infuse fresh thyme sprigs in warm simple syrup for 10 minutes, then strain and cool.
