Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 oz Premium Gin (Soft or Floral notes)
  • 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
  • 1/4 oz Blanc Vermouth
  • 2 dashes Orange Bitters
  • Garnish: Lemon twist or one Castelvetrano olive
  • Ice: Large, dense ice cubes

Instructions

  • Chill: Place a martini glass in the freezer for at least 10 minutes before you begin.
  • Combine: In a mixing glass filled with ice, add the gin, dry vermouth, blanc vermouth, and orange bitters.
  • Stir: Use a bar spoon to stir gently for 30 seconds. This ensures the drink is ice-cold and maintains a silky, heavy body without air bubbles.
  • Strain: Double-strain the mixture into your chilled glass.
  • Garnish: Express the lemon twist over the surface to release the oils and drop it in, or add the olive for a buttery finish.
