Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz cognac or brandy
  • ½ oz fresh pressed apple juice
  • ¾ oz cardamom-infused Cointreau
  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice
  • Pinch of ground cardamom
  • Ice
  • Thin apple slice, dehydrated (garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine cognac, apple juice, cardamom Cointreau, lemon juice, and a pinch of ground cardamom in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  4. Garnish with a dehydrated apple slice fanned across the rim.

Cardamom Cointreau: Soak 1 teaspoon crushed green cardamom pods in 1 cup Cointreau for 3 days, then strain.
