Ingredients
- 1.5 oz cognac or brandy
- ½ oz fresh pressed apple juice
- ¾ oz cardamom-infused Cointreau
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- Pinch of ground cardamom
- Ice
- Thin apple slice, dehydrated (garnish)
Instructions
- Combine cognac, apple juice, cardamom Cointreau, lemon juice, and a pinch of ground cardamom in a shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a dehydrated apple slice fanned across the rim.
