Ingredients

  • 2 ounces white grape juice (unsweetened, good quality)
  • 0.8 ounces fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 ounces simple syrup
  • 0.3 ounces coconut water (adds subtle tropical body)
  • 0.3 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoons egg white or aquafaba (optional, for texture)

Instructions

1. Chill your coupe: Place a coupe in the freezer.

2. Dry shake (if using egg white): If using 1 teaspoons egg white or aquafaba (optional, for texture), add it to the shaker first with no ice and shake for 10 seconds 00:10 (dry shake). This builds the foam before dilution.

3. Shake hard: Add ice to the shaker. Add 2 ounces white grape juice (unsweetened, good quality), 0.8 ounces fresh lime juice, 0.5 ounces simple syrup, 0.3 ounces coconut water (adds subtle tropical body), and 0.3 teaspoons apple cider vinegar. Shake very hard for 15–17 seconds 00:17.

4. Double-strain: Double-strain through the shaker strainer and a fine mesh strainer into your chilled coupe.

5. Serve: A small lime wheel on the rim if desired. Keep it simple.
