How to Make A Rhubarb Hibiscus Fizz

Ingredients
- 2 oz vodka
- ¾ oz rhubarb simple syrup
- ½ oz hibiscus-infused vinegar
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- 2 oz chilled club soda
- Ice
- Dehydrated rhubarb slice and dried hibiscus flower (garnish)
Instructions
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Pour in vodka, rhubarb syrup, hibiscus vinegar, and lemon juice.
- Stir gently for 10 seconds.
- Top with club soda and give a final stir.
- Garnish with a dehydrated rhubarb slice and a dried hibiscus flower floating on top.
